Donnie Miller, better known by his stage name Decadon, has quickly grown into one of Denver’s most highly anticipated acts by sharing the stage with some of the biggest names in electronic music including but not limited to Marshmello, Flux Pavillion, Datsik, Sound Remedy, and Savoy. This Colorado native is currently working on reinventing the dubstep and trap game by incorporating live electric guitar along with live edits of his released and unreleased material to create a captivating atmosphere unlike any other producer in town. Along with unveiling a brand new stage set up, the Decadon team is set to host one of it’s biggest shows to date this Saturday, May 27th.
This time around Decadon is back with his biggest headliner to date by taking on the mysterious Oriental Theatre for a show you and your friends won’t soon forget. The choice to tackle this venue was simple. Rather than taking on a venue that everyone is already familiar with, Donnie and his team decided to step outside of the box and curate one of the heaviest events this venue has ever seen. This show is sure to go down in the record books as the show is set to sell out, setting the stage for dozens of electronic gigs to come in the near future.

Fresh off the release of his newest EP “Brace Yourself”, Decadon shows his musical diversity by varying between dubstep, trap, and even deep house influences to create a variety of tracks unique to each respective sub-genre the songs are based off of. Whether it be the heavy hitting “Shells” or the strong driving flow of “Dimes”, it’s evident that Decadon has been hard at work in order to deliver his best material to date. At the age of 22, Donnie Miller has already accomplished many feats that other producers could only dream of including sponsorships from Jaegermeister and continual support from huge names such as Excision, the Chainsmokers, and Illenium just to name a few. To anyone who has been lucky enough to know Donnie as a person beyond his music, it’s very clear why his fan base has been growing at such an exponential rate. Unlike a lot of other artists, Decadon makes sure to connect with each and every fan on a personal level which in turn establishes a deeply rooted connection between himself and Colorado’s widely respected bass family. Additionally, Decadon takes pride in support up and coming artists and has gone so far as to establish one of the most stacked lineups the local Denver scene has seen in quite some time.
With support from Fyer, Contrvbvnd, Pwnage Method, Tugboat, and Joof b2b Morf, this night is sure to be jam packed with the heaviest sets you’ve heard in quite some time. The intimacy of the Oriental Theatre is set to create an invigorating vibe unique to any other venue in the state and with so much up and coming talent on one bill, it’s safe to say that you’re going to hear just about every single dubstep banger you could possible think of. Whether it be Zomboy, Eptic, Lookas, QUIX, LAXX, Virtual Riot, or Herobust, every act on this lineup is incredibly well versed in what’s hot and will be sure to deliver incredibly hectic sets from start to finish.
With doors set to open at 6:30 and the show set to start at 7, I highly encourage you to make your way out as early as possible in order to enjoy this show to it’s fullest potential. Every artist has been known to exceed expectations and for an incredible reasonable price of just $18 before fees, there’s truly not better place to be than the Oriental Theatre come Saturday night. Hurry up and grab your tickets while supplies last as this show is certainly not one you want to sleep on!
