Bundle up and prepare yourself for Icelantic's 5th annual Winter on the Rocks celebration this January 29th at the glorious Red Rocks Amphitheatre in Morrison Colorado. Celebrating winter time at the rocks has quickly became one of the most iconic things to do in Colorado and is well worth the experience. Keeping us warm this go around will be headliners Christian Srigley and Leighton James of Adventure Club. The Canadian duo is accustomed to cold temperatures and will keep you moving all night with the best electro house and dubstep in the industry. Before Adventure Club will be Big Grams which is an American hip-hop trio formed from Big Boi of Outkast and Josh Carter and Sarah Barthel of Phantogram. The combination of Big Boi’s hip-hop and Phantograms electronic rock style gives the group their unique exhilarating sound. Big Grams released their first self titled album a few months back with big collaborations from Skrillex and Run the Jewels. Also worth freezing over is Half Color with Michal Menert and Paul Basic of Pretty Lights Music. Half Color has been creating their own blend of electronic hip-hop since 2008 and have a style that spans from gritty hard beats to melodic dreamlike sounds. Besides these three amazing acts there are also several special guests to be announced. It may be chilly but these nationally headlining musicians and the energy from fellow winter ragers is all you need to have a blast at this year's Winter on the Rocks. Doors open at 6:00 PM and the music starts at 7:00 PM, see you there!
