Big Gigantic is set to return to their beloved home state of Colorado to get rowdy in the town of Morrison, taking over both nights of September 25th and 26th with another show Red Rocks Amphitheater will soon experience. The fourth annual Rowdytown is leaving fans as anxious as ever with a new stage design, and a lineup that gives both nights a mix of uniqueness and freshness. Hailing from beautiful Boulder, Colorado, Dominic Lalli, and Jeremy Salken, are set to combine their saxophone and drum skills to create their most anticipated show yet.
Listening to the requests of fans, this year’s lineups hold a mix of different styles ranging from mellow, tropical beats to heavy hitting trap, all set to keep you grooving and smiling under the moon. Night one performers supporting Big Gigantic include the 22-year-old Australian Tropic House producer Thomas Jack, Buygore Records producer Jauz, and the Canadian producer Defunk who also successfully mixes jazz and funk. Night two supporters include the trap producer RL Grime, Big Gigantic’s recent collaborator Snails, and the hip-hop/electronic duo Two Fresh.
It's not surprising that all three previous Rowdytown’s sold out well in advance, with their 2012 debut being the first time an artist had ever used projection mapping visuals on the massive red rocks overlooking and surrounding the amphitheater. With each year’s production getting bigger and better, this fourth year has a lot of hype to live up to. With a goal of blending a unique, talented array of musicians and one of a kind visual overload, it shouldn’t be hard to claim this show as being their most anticipated yet.
Chances are tickets will sell out well in advance like years prior, so it’s best to purchase tickets now rather than wait. Also, if you’re cruising to the rocks from Boulder, Denver, or Fort Collins, you should definitely check out Bus To Show for your safe (yet wild) ride to and fro the event. We hope to see you there both nights!
