Let's be real here.  This will probably go down as one of the most thrilling Tuesday mornings of the entire year solely because of the noise complaints traveling from the initial lineup of the BUKU Music + Arts Project.  Not only is the lineup stacked with major EDM and Indie headliners that anyone who knows anything about real music would be dying to see, but the festival also remains so true to its New Orleans' roots.  BUKU encompasses all avenues of the musical journey, which include a heavy serving of rap, jazz, and even hip-hop. One of the most anticipating moments of any great festival is the release of their initial lineup.  And it goes without saying (but we will say it anyway) that we are thoroughly intrigued at the diversity the BUKU Project exposed us to this morning. And might I add, they did it will incredible style.

With only three years under their belt, the BUKU project has exponentially increased in popularity, size, and soul.  Each year just keeps getting better and better.  But the lineup isn't the only reason to attend this one-of-a-kind festival, with a prime location at Mardi Gras World, the scenery of the ionic crescent city symbols are fully exposed and ultimately give BUKU its exuberant identity. A festival like this truly has to be experienced.  Don't snooze on ticket sales for this epic festival! Grab them on Friday morning at 11 am CST!
